That frustration is where idexi started.
The Story
Since2021,SaifandJafarhaveorganizedandcoveredliveeventsacrossJordan:universitycompetitions,conferences,everythinginbetween.Andalmosteverytime,thesamethinghappenedaftertheeventended.Guestsmessagingfordaysafterward,askingonequestion:wherearemyphotos?
Theprocessneverchanged.Aphotographerwouldhandoverafolderofhundreds,sometimesthousandsofphotos.Someoneontheteamwouldgothroughitmanually,guestbyguest,searchingjusttofindthatoneperson,thensendingaWhatsAppmessageoranemailtoeachguest,oneatatime.Ittookdays.Peopleforgottocheck.Somenevergottheirphotosatall.
SaifandJafarbothstudiedAIandDataScience,andthefixseemedobviouslongbeforetheytriedbuildingit.Acomputercouldfindafaceinaphotoinseconds.Therewasnorealreasonapersonshouldstillbedoingthatbyhand.
ThatideabecameidexiFace.Onceitworked,thesamepatternshowedupeverywhereelseintheeventday:manualticketapprovals,printedcheck-insheets,norealwaytoknowwhoactuallyshowedup.idexiPassandidexiFlowcamenext,forthesamereasonFacedid:abetterwayalreadyexisted.

I build AI agents that do actual work rather than demo well. Every project starts the same way: someone is doing a repetitive task by hand, at volume, and it is eating their week.
The face recognition pipeline behind idexi Face is one of those. It sorts event photos automatically and cut manual sorting time by around 95 percent. Before it, Sarah AI, a voice agent that runs first-round interviews start to finish, took roughly 80 percent off the screening load.
I studied AI and Data Science at Tafila Technical University, founded the IEEE Computer Society chapter there, and ran IMPACT, a regional AI conference that drew more than 300 attendees and a partnership with Jordan's Ministry of Digital Economy.
The Mission
To take the manual work out of live events, so organizers can focus on the event itself, and every guest gets their moment without having to ask for it.
